How to find us:

Helsinki Biophysics and Biomembrane Group is located in the Biomedicum research centre on the Meilahti campus area in Helsinki, Finland.

The street address is Haartmaninkatu 8, Second floor, B-wing.

From the airport it is best to take a taxi. Tell the driver you are going to Biomedicum and he'll probably know the way. If not, Haartmaninkatu 8 in Meilahti will help him further.

From the town centre it is easy to take the tram. Number 4 going west (that's direction Munkkiniemi) will take you here in about 15 minutes. Also buses 14 and 18 from downtown stop right in front of the building.

If you are coming from Espoo there are some direct buses aswell. Numbers 194, 195 and 502 connect you well with the University of Technology
